Once your order is confirmed, we’ll dispatch it from our warehouse facility within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that this timeline doesn’t take into account weekends or public holidays, and it could be affected by peak periods and promotional events.

Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases $40 and over within Singapore. Online purchases of $40 or less can be delivered for $10 within Singapore.

We regret to inform you that currently, we are only able to provide delivery services within Singapore.

Orders

Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘order dispatched’ email. This is generally sent 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received a dispatch email after 3 business days, please let our Customer Care team know here. Please note during peak times this dispatch time may be longer.

Typically, it can be said that teas made from the tea plant generally contain caffeine. As a result, black, green, oolong, and white teas all contain different amounts of caffeine. The caffeine content of tea can vary due to several factors, such as harvest time, rainfall, and geographical location, as it is a natural crop.

Tea, much like honey or bottled water, is considered a low-risk item and is not generally known to expire. However, to guarantee that our teas are consumed at their peak flavor and freshness, we provide a best before date as a general guideline. This date can be found at the bottom of the box or tin, or on the back of our foil packaging. We recommend that our teas are enjoyed prior to their best before date for the best possible experience.
